convenient location helpful staff parking absence separate lounge

The location was convenient with bus stops nearby. The staff were polite. They assisted with arranging taxis and provided useful local tips. Their attitude contributed to a cute atmosphere.

The hotel did not offer free parking. I had to specifically check. This was a shock upon arrival. the breakfast lounge is separate from the hotel. It seemed like a low-profile setup.

Fantastic stay!

clean hotel friendly staff quiet atmosphere

The hotel looked new and clean. It was also very quiet, which i appreciated! The staff was super helpful and friendly. They always greeted me with a smile. I will come back!

I noticed the rooms need updates. There was some rust around the washbasin in the bathroom, a bit of a letdown

The hotel is near the Gold Souq metro station green line. A restaurant called Table 3 Indian restaurant is located inside, so i was able to have great meals! Lots of shops were nearby.

The staff was attentive. They addressed all my needs efficiently. Housekeeping kept my room super clean throughout my stay, a huge plus. The security team assisted with my bags and arranged taxis for me.

Great Location and Helpful Staff

The location is great with supermarkets and bus stops close by. The security team was SO helpful (i really appreciate them). They assisted with my bags, arranged taxis, and offered useful local tips. Their polite and helpful attitude added a cute atmosphere.

While MOST hotels offer free parking, this one did not, and it wasn't clearly disclosed, a surprise.

uneven experience at this hotel

expensive toothbrush disappointing quality

the location was acceptable for exploring the gold souk area it was quite close

i was frustrated that no complimentary toothbrush or toothpaste was provided i found it odd to have to pay extra for basic amenities and the quality of the purchased toothbrush was disappointing not worth the cost

excellent stay near the gold souk

excellent job prompt service polite staff ideal location

Aman did an excellent job cleaning the room. He was respectful. the promptness of the room service was commendable . the staff was courteous and always ready to assist. the hotel is in an area that is near to many points of interest.

i had some trouble finding the hotel initially as the signage was not very clear.
